Web Check-in Guide

Check-in windows and direct links for all major airlines — domestic and international.

What is Web Check-in?

Web check-in lets you select your seat and generate a boarding pass online — before you reach the airport. It is available on the airline's website or app, usually 24–72 hours before departure, and closes 60–90 minutes before the flight.

Completing web check-in early gives you a better choice of seats and a faster airport experience — you can proceed directly to the bag drop counter or security if you have no checked luggage.

Web check-in does not replace airport check-in if you have checked baggage — you still need to drop your bags at the airline counter. However, the queue is typically shorter at bag drop than at the full check-in counter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I check in via the Ghurio app?

Not yet — web check-in is done directly on the airline's website or app. Ghurio shows you the exact window and provides the direct link so you don't need to search for it.

What if I miss the web check-in window?

You can still check in at the airport counter. Arrive early — standard advice is at least 2 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international flights.

Do I need to print my boarding pass?

Most Indian airports now accept digital (mobile) boarding passes. However, a few airports and some airlines still require a printed copy — check the airline's guidance for your specific route.

I checked in but my seat changed — what do I do?

Operational changes (aircraft swap, reallocation) can cause seat changes. Log back into the airline's website to view your updated seat, or contact the airline's support line directly.

Can I check in for all passengers in my booking at once?

Yes. During web check-in, you can select seats for all passengers in your booking in one session. You'll receive individual boarding passes for each passenger.
